Make it possible for users to leave comments on your blog posts. Blocking reader comments will make people feel as if they don't have a voice. Closely moderate comments, though, to avoid any negative or inflammatory information.

When using social media to market, you need to update your profile with relevant information frequently. People won't come to your social media site if you don't have anything new or interesting to read or see. Communicate with your community as often as you can, but don't overdo it either.

To get a response to your social media communication, keep your content coming regularly and with consistency. When a customer sees you post on Facebook every other day, they'll look forward to what you have to say next. However, don't overdo it, or they'll get annoyed with you showing up too much. When it comes time for them to act, your brand will feel like a familiar, trusted friend.
